Thank you so much for your continued support despite our extended closure! We apologize for the seemingly endless delays and are sincerely sorry if we have added to your frustrations in any way. We know this is a difficult time for everyone and ask for your understanding as we begin our reopening.

We are happy to announce that we are re-opened and look forward to hosting you soon!

Whether you already have a reservation scheduled with us or are hoping to make one soon, please review the following updates:

When will DAGAR be open?

- Our limited schedule will be Wednesdays thru Saturdays according to reservations.

- Currently we are back to offering our one, two, and three hour reservations.

- Given the restrictions on our current operations and staffing levels, we can only accept same or next day requests on a case by case basis.

How many people can be in my group?

- Currently, we can only accommodate reservations for groups of 2-12. The minimum is based on business requirements (as we can no longer combine small groups), and the maximum is based on current state and city guidelines.

Can I add participants to my reservation?

- Yes! If you initially book with less people (our minimum of 4) and want to bring in more (up to 12 per lane), we will settle up for the remaining balance at the end of the session, based on the final headcount. For example, if you reserve a lane with the minimum of 4 participants and arrive with 12 on the day of the event, we will collect payment for the remaining 8 at the end of the reservation.

- For Groups of 12+: For groups with 2+ lanes reserved, the whole group may arrive together, but participants will be “seated” at preassigned tables/lanes in groups of up to 12. Participants will not be allowed to physically inter-mingle between other groups tables/lanes

Do you have food? Or can I bring my own?

- We do not have a kitchen. Bringing in your own snacks or catering is more than welcome!

Will we be "Socially Distanced" from other groups?

- Yes! Each reservation guarantees you a lane private to your group in addition to a designated "social area" and tables for your use throughout the reservation. When you come in, please make sure to observe and follow all posted signage.

How much does this cost?

- All of our reservations are handled on a per participant basis and the 2 hour sessions are priced at $ 30 per person (+fees).

What is your cancellation policy?

- Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 7 days notice of cancellation. Cancellation or rebooking within 7 days of reservation can result in rebooking fees or loss of credit. No-shows will be charged the full price. Please contact us by email to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.

Can someone under 21 come with us?

- Yes. While we do not have a minimum age requirement for axe throwers, we do require the responsible adult to sign a liability waiver on behalf of any participant under the age of 18 years old.

How do I book a session?

- All available sessions can be reserved online through our website at https://www.downtownaxeroom.com/ via the "Book Now" tab. Choose “2 Hour Axe Throwing Experience,” the date you wish to book, and the start time that works best for you. Please keep in mind that we cannot accommodate same or next day requests at this time.

Personal note from our management team

We thank each of you for your interest and persistence in trying to come throw axes with us and apologize again for any frustrations. We are continuously adapting daily and hope that our efforts can be met with patience and understanding. We know that life in general has become exponentially more stressful with endless inconveniences and irritations. That being said, we understand how good axe throwing can be for relieving stress throughout these unprecedented times. We ask that you approach each member of our staff with kindness and patience whether that be in person, on the phone, or via email as we get back on track.
